Get ready to participate in KitabDost Creative Writing Awards 2021. You can write a novel on any interesting category from Urdu literature.
This is to promote Urdu adab in Pakistan and around the world so no matter where you are located, still you can join this competition from your home.
Just write and interesting novel under the given criteria and submit your novel to kitabdost creative writing awards 2021.
Here is the criteria for writing Urdu novels and submission:
Use Urdu Inpage or MsWord for typing your novel. However, Urdu inpage is preferred software.
Urdu inpage Novel page details:
- Select “Statement” page from the dropdown menu of “New Page” option.
- Page size should be 5.5 x 8.5
- Select Font size 18pt for normal story text
- Choose Noori Nastaleeq for urdu style normal text
- Select “Aseer” writing style for heading (font size 24pt)
- Mention the Novel Name clearly on the 1st page of your novel
- Write your personal short introduction on the 2nd page of your novel
- Type a short summary of your novel on the 3rd page of your novel
- Provide your full name, address, email id, phone number and photo (200×200)
- Submit your novel from kitabdost “Creative Writing Awards” link at the top menu of home page.
- The Novel should not be less than 70 pages
- You don’t need to design the Title Page.
